In 1999 has graduated from Almaty college of transport and communication for the specialization “ Technical service, coach and refridgerator rolling stock repair” with qualification “ Technical-electrical mechanic”, in 2010 has graduated from University of ways of communication with the specialization “Transport, transport technics and technologies”, has the qualification of “ Engineer-mechanic”.
The working activity has started in 2000 as locksmith of wheel-roller shop of KTZ branch- Almaty coach depot. In 2000-2004 has worked as master of wheel-roller shop, locksmith of rolling stock repair, brigadier of general household shop, engineer 1st category in the industrial-technical department, leading engineer, engineer technologist of line department of KTZ, in 2004-2008: the head of operational department of coaches park management, head of operational department of coaches park JSC “ Kaztemirzholkolik”, in 2008-2015: manager, director of coach park acoounting and technical policy department, director of JSC” Kaztemirtrans”, in 2016-2017: director of “ Astana coach park exploitation depot” branch of KTZ, head of Astana coach exploitation depot, branch of KTZ Cargo transportation.
In 2018 has worked at the position of acting Vice-president, deputy of General Director at JSC”Kaztemirtrans”.
In december 2018 was appointed to the position of General directror of JSC “Wagonservice’. In February 2021, he was appointed First Deputy General Director of JSC “Wagonservice’.
In June 2021, he received a diploma from the Kazakh University of Railways in the specialty “Organization of traffic and transport operation” in the award of a Master’s degree in services.
In december 2021 was appointed to the position of General directror of JSC “Wagonservice’.

In 1999 has graduated from Kokshetau university named after Sh. Valikhanov for the specialization” Economics and company management” with the qualification “ Engineer-economist”.
Additionally graduated Kazakh Academy of Transport and communication named after Tynyshpayev by specialization “ building of railway transport, way and way household with the qualification “ Engineer- builder of ways of communication”, Kazakh humanitarian-legal university by specialization “ Jurisprudence”.
Started working activity in 1996 as accountant at “Sarzhan”.
In 2001-2010 worked as leading economist, main specialist in budgeting at “ KTZ- daughter state company “Remput”, deputy head of analysis and effective usage of industrial resources” KTZ-Infrastructure, manager of production support, deputy head of management, deputy head of KTZ- “ Scientific-industrial center”, deputy head of analysis department, head of overhaul repair department of the branch of KTZ- “Mainline management”, deputy head of industry providing of repair corporation “Kamkor”, deputy head of KTZ- Infrastructure and innovation projects directorate.
Since 2010 has worked in the position of Vice-president of economics and finance JSC “ Wagonservice”.
