In 1999 has graduated Southern-Kazakhstan state university named after Auezov by specialization “ Economics and management in social-cultural sphere” with the qualification “ Economist”. Additionally graduated from state university named after Zhansugurov by specialization “ Jurisprudence” with the qualification “ Bachelor of Law”, “ Master of Law”.
The working activity was started in 1999 as the helper at fuel station, the operator of releasing of oil products.
In 2000-2004 has worked as leading treasurer of local budget providing department,leading treasurer of bank operation department of Southern-Kazakhstan management region of treasure management, main specialist of restructure department of KTZ, commercial director JSC “ Shymkent Munai Onimdery”, in 2005-2018: head of marketing department, head of informational-analytical department, head of corporate development department JSC “ Passenger transportation”, head of passenger transportation activity monitoring, deputy head of passenger transportation organizing department of KTZ, managing director of development, executive director of strategic development and introduction of new technologies, Vice-president of development, Advisor of President JSC “Passenger transportation”.
Since 2018 is working as vice-president of development in JSC”Wagonservice”.
